Our highest priority is customer satisfaction. We will therefore exchange any sling for a different size up to 9 months from the purchase date as long as the sling has not been used (only tried on for fit) and we deem it to be in new condition.
Any product may be returned for a refund or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
